Yuexin Health to acquire 70% of Shanghai Chuangzhi Lehuijui Health Services via equity purchase and capital increase

Shanghai Yuexin Health Group (SZSE: 002162) announced that on October 13, 2026 its board approved a related-party transaction under which wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yuexin Kangyang Industrial will acquire 51% of Shanghai Chuangzhi Lehuijui Health Services from related party Shanghai Yuexin Chuangzhi Enterprise Services for RMB 5.1 million, and will then, together with natural-person shareholder Wang Lei, inject capital to raise the target's registered capital from RMB 10 million to RMB 25 million, taking Kangyang Industrial's stake to 70% (Wang Lei 30%). After completion, Chuangzhi Lehuijui will become a consolidated controlled subsidiary of Yuexin Health and plans to be renamed Shanghai Yuexin Lehuijui Health Services; the target provides long-term care insurance home-based care services for disabled and elderly people.
