    According to business registration data cited in the report, Hunan Tansuozhe Brand Management Co., Ltd., the parent company of fresh snack brand Jinlimen, completed a new equity financing round, introducing BUER Capital as a new shareholder whose affiliated entity BUER CAPITAL STAR PTE. LTD. holds a 3.5% stake. This follows a combined 10% stake in Jinlimen taken by KK Group founder Wu Yuening and KK Group's operating entity about a month earlier.
