MCC Real Estate Group's wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Minmetals Land Limited from Aibang Enterprises Limited for cash at the filed appraised value; after completion Minmetals Land will be consolidated into the company. The transaction is an intra-group equity adjustment within China Minmetals, with all parties controlled by China Minmetals, and will go through the required approval and change procedures.

MCC Real Estate Group announces acquisition of 100% equity of Minmetals Real Estate Limited
On October 8, 2026, MCC Real Estate Group (中冶置业集团有限公司) announced two related-party transactions to implement China Minmetals' real estate segment integration. In Transaction 1, its wholly-owned subsidiary MCC Real Estate Hong Kong (中冶置业香港有限公司) will acquire the 100% equity of Minmetals Real Estate Limited (五矿地产有限公司) held by Oi Bang Enterprises (爱邦企业有限公司, wholly owned by Minmetals Nonferrous), in cash at the filed appraisal value; after completion the target will be consolidated into the group. All parties are controlled by China Minmetals, and required approvals and change procedures will be followed. Pro forma, post-transaction total assets are projected at RMB 62.724 billion.
