Modern Dairy completes acquisition of China Shengmu
Modern Dairy announced that it completed the equity acquisition of China Shengmu and entered the business integration stage. Modern Dairy and parties acting in concert held a combined 83.52% stake in China Shengmu, giving them control.

China Shengmu amends framework for acquiring ranch interests
China Shengmu, 12 individual shareholders and Shengmu High-tech entered into Supplementary Agreement II to amend certain terms concerning the restructuring and completion of the acquisition. The agreement provides for the shareholders to transfer 60% of Shengmu Shacao's equity to Shengmu High-tech and for China Shengmu to acquire all of BVI 2, which indirectly holds the remaining 40%, through consideration shares after restructuring.
