ZSenith Peptide and Livzon agree to develop peptide drugs
Hunan ZSenith Peptide Biochemical Co. and Livzon Pharmaceutical Group agreed to collaborate on new-drug development. ZSenith Peptide will use its peptide technology and screening platforms to identify lead compounds in areas including digestive diseases and oncology, while Livzon will use its long-acting microsphere technology to commercialize products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
