    Minmetals Land unit to transfer 100% equity of Wukuang City Renewal (Beijing) to Minmetals Land Group

    As the second step after the Minmetals Land acquisition, Wukuang Construction Investment Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the mainland wholly owned subsidiary of Minmetals Land Limited, will transfer its 100% equity in Wukuang City Renewal (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to Minmetals Land Group Co., Ltd., the shareholder of MCC Real Estate Group. Consideration is based on the audited net assets attributable to the parent of Wukuang Chengxin with June 30, 2026 as the audit base date, settled in cash.
