    Geely Galaxy M9 recalled over lidar hazard, 18,878 vehicles

    Due to supplier process fluctuations that may damage the power IC inside the lidar, causing combined driving assistance functions to disengage or fail to activate, Geely is recalling 18,878 Galaxy M9 vehicles produced between July and October 2025. Car Quality Network also has many complaints about Galaxy L7 sales promises not being honored and deposit disputes. The lidar will be replaced free of charge.
