PAG to acquire controlling stake in Evergrande Property Services
PAG signed transaction documents with China Evergrande Group and its subsidiary CEG to acquire their combined 55.15 billion shares in Evergrande Property Services, representing approximately 51.016% of its issued shares, for HK$4.026 billion in cash. Evergrande Property announced on 2026-09-30 that potential sellers China Evergrande and CEG Holdings had signed an exclusive agreement with a selected bidder to negotiate a potential transaction for the company's controlling stake, with the negotiation period running until 2026-10-27.
