Aoto Electronics sells out 2023 employee stock ownership plan shares and terminates the plan
Shenzhen Aoto Electronics (002587) announced that the third lock-up period of its 2023 employee stock ownership plan expired on September 28, 2026, and that on October 13, 2026 the plan's management committee sold all 1,400,000 unlocked shares (0.2145% of current total share capital) via block trade; with all plan shares sold, the 2023 employee stock ownership plan was fully implemented and terminated.
