Allmed Medical completes non-trade transfer of 1,694,281 repurchased shares to its 2026 employee stock ownership plan

On 13 October 2026, Allmed Medical Products Co., Ltd. (奥美医疗, stock code 002950) announced it had received a Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation from the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation: 1,694,281 repurchased A-shares, equal to 0.27% of total share capital, were transferred that day by non-trade transfer from the company's repurchase special securities account to the securities account of its 2026 employee stock ownership plan at a transfer price of 8.34 yuan per share (the plan had been expected to receive up to 2,642,685 shares). The plan was approved at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on 30 June 2026 and actually raised 14,130,308.00 yuan, funded in equal parts (1:1) by a company special incentive fund and participant self-raised funds.
