    Giant announces acquisition of remaining stake in Dingmei for up to RMB 597 million

    Giant Group announced on August 21 that it plans to acquire, through its wholly owned subsidiary Giant Investment, all shares held by Zhongyu, the second-largest shareholder of Dingmei, for up to RMB 597 million (about NT$2.83 billion). After completion, Giant's combined stake in Dingmei would rise from 60.39% to 96.63%.
