Regulators fined Hangxiao Steel Structure (Anhui) Co., Ltd. RMB 280,000 for an environmental violation. An inspection found that the mobile welding-fume purifiers accompanying welding work in the light-steel workshop were not in use. Hangxiao Steel Structure controls the subsidiary.
