Ridge Outdoor International subsidiary signs agreement to acquire Harrison Advanced Rods brand assets from Suremag Limited
On 30 September 2026, Harrison Advanced Rods Ltd, a subsidiary of Ridge Outdoor International Limited (樂欣戶外國際有限公司, Cayman-incorporated, stock code 2720), entered into an asset purchase agreement with Liverpool-based fishing tackle maker Suremag Limited, under which the buyer agreed to acquire the operating assets of the 'Harrison Advanced Rods' brand. Upon completion, the target assets will be transferred to Harrison Advanced Rods Ltd. The company voluntarily announced the transaction on 8 October 2026, stating that all applicable percentage ratios are below 5% so the acquisition does not constitute a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, that it is not a connected transaction, and that the seller and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties.
