Nepstar Stores in Multiple Regions Penalized for Medical Insurance Violations and Selling Drug Falsely Marked as Patented

Nepstar stores in Tianjin settled via medical insurance personal accounts without a licensed pharmacist on duty, and another store mixed prescription and non-prescription drugs; nine stores in Qingdao sold 'Jinzhen Oral Liquid' falsely marked as patented, and five stores failed to report major information changes and provided false materials; 41 retail pharmacies in Fuzhou had violations and were notified and handled by medical insurance authorities. They were interviewed, had medical insurance services suspended, had medical insurance agreements terminated, had illegal gains confiscated, and were warned.
