    Annual reports concealed supplementary agreement; Huangshi Group and executives fined RMB 10.5 million in total

    Parent company Huangshi Group was investigated by the CSRC in March 2025 on suspicion of information disclosure violations. The Guangxi Securities Regulatory Bureau found that its 2019–2022 annual reports omitted disclosure of a supplementary agreement signed between subsidiary Huangshi Shuzhi and Dongyue Wealth, constituting a material omission. The company was ordered to rectify, warned, and fined RMB 4 million; chairman Huang Jiadi was fined RMB 2.5 million; multiple directors, supervisors, and senior executives were fined RMB 10.5 million in total.
