    Sichuan Changhong subsidiary Changhong Jiahua sued Suning Procurement Center under Suning.com for unpaid goods payments; the first-instance judgment ordered Suning Procurement Center to pay over RMB 720 million in goods payments and over RMB 124 million in capital occupation losses (total about RMB 840 million). Previously, the Suning system was also sued for unpaid RMB 36.71 million in commercial acceptance bills owed to Caihong Electric, and a supplier applied for bankruptcy liquidation of Suning.com due to overdue commercial bills.
