Wenzhou Branch Fined for Forging Maintenance Records for Faulty Elevators

Two elevators at the Weilanli residential compound in Longwan District, Wenzhou, which Hangzhou Xio Elevator's Wenzhou branch was responsible for maintaining, had been continuously malfunctioning since October 26, 2023, but the semi-monthly maintenance records it uploaded to the 'Anquan Tong' maintenance system showed normal maintenance, inconsistent with the facts. It was fined RMB 11,000 by market regulators. Fine.
