    On December 31, 2025, Quartz Co. and its controlling subsidiary Lianyungang Qiangbang Quartz Products received a criminal judgment from the Lianyungang Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu. Qiangbang was convicted at first instance of infringing trade secrets and fined RMB 2.7 million; Quartz Co. was the victim unit, and Qiangbang was criminally punished for facts predating the company's acquisition. After the judgment takes effect, Quartz Co. will pursue civil liability against relevant parties under an agreement with Duan Jingqiang, Duan Jingbang and Qiangbang.
