Agnico Eagle agrees to acquire TMAC Resources
Agnico Eagle and TMAC Resources announced that they had entered into agreements under which Agnico Eagle agreed to acquire all outstanding TMAC shares for C$2.20 per share in cash. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval, a court order and other customary closing conditions.
