    Ajdan unveils $1.5bn Khobar Pier coastal destination in Al Khobar

    Ajdan Real Estate Development Company unveiled Khobar Pier, a SAR5.6 billion ($1.5 billion) coastal destination planned for the Arabian Gulf in Al Khobar, launched in partnership with Ashraq Development, the Tourism Development Fund and Aljazira Capital. The 671,000 sq m project will feature an 850-m waterfront, 689 residential units, 690 hotel rooms and 33,000 sq m of commercial space, and is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's objectives.
