In multiple securities projects, regulators found that AllBright Law Offices failed to perform due diligence: the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau over verification and source-of-funds issues in a private placement; the Shandong bureau over failure to discover nominee shareholding in the Gongda Diansheng private placement; the Jiangsu bureau over working papers and visit procedures in the Saite Si STAR Market IPO; and the Jilin bureau over verification and non-standard legal opinions in the Yalian Machinery IPO, issuing warning letters in each case.
