Altice launched Optimum Stream and Suddenlink Stream devices for its broadband-only customers. The devices are free to eligible customers selecting 1 Gig service or the highest broadband speed available in their area, and cost $5 per month for other Optimum and Suddenlink broadband-only customers.

Altice Europe announced the creation of Fastfiber, a Portuguese FTTH wholesaler comprising the former Altice Portugal FTTH and MEO’s fiber assets in Portugal. Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners took a 49.99% stake in the entity; the transaction valued Fastfiber at €4.6 billion.
