    Atom Group acquires Dubai-based Amaltas Partners

    Atom Group, a Bengaluru-based financial services conglomerate, acquired Dubai-based wealth-management firm Amaltas Partners Ltd, giving it a direct presence in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Atom Privé, Atom Group's multi-family office platform, will take over ownership of Amaltas. The Dubai Financial Services Authority approved the change in control. Financial terms were not disclosed.
