German court rules in ResearchGate copyright case
The Munich I Regional Court found ResearchGate responsible for making the disputed content available and issued an injunction preventing it from reappearing. The court denied the publishers damages because they had not adequately demonstrated acquisition rights.

ACS signs open-access agreement with UNICAMP
The Publications Division of the American Chemical Society signed an agreement with the University of Campinas. Under the agreement, UNICAMP researchers will be able to publish a number of articles open access in ACS journals.
