Algonquin completes acquisition of New York American Water
Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Liberty Utilities (Eastern Water Holdings) Corp. completed the previously announced acquisition of New York American Water Company from American Water Works Company for approximately $608 million.
