Angelini Pharma acquires Arvelle Therapeutics
Angelini Pharma acquired Swiss biopharmaceutical company Arvelle Therapeutics for total consideration of up to $960 million. The acquisition gives Angelini exclusive licensing rights to commercialise cenobamate in the European Union and other countries in the European Economic Area, including Switzerland and the UK.

Angelini Pharma and Arvelle Therapeutics announced that they had concluded a definitive merger agreement under which Angelini Pharma would acquire Arvelle in an all-cash transaction valued at up to $960 million. Completion was subject to regulatory approval.
