ArcBest launches new capabilities in ArcBest View digital logistics platform
ArcBest announced new capabilities within its ArcBest View digital logistics platform, including an Auto NMFC tool that helps identify and apply National Motor Freight Classification codes during shipment creation, interactive tracking maps providing real-time location visibility for expedite and truckload shipments, and the ability for customers to add cargo coverage for eligible LTL brokerage shipments during booking. The company said the updates help simplify everyday shipping tasks and give customers greater visibility into shipment activity. ArcBest View launched in May 2026 and has more than 3,600 monthly users.
