LG Electronics sues Beko over alleged patent infringement
LG Electronics sued Beko in Germany, alleging infringement of its patented TrueSteam technology for laundry machines. The complaint filed with the Mannheim District Court also claimed that Beko subsidiary Arcelik made unauthorized use of LG’s laundry machine interface.

Arçelik files patent lawsuit against LG Electronics
Arçelik filed a patent infringement case against LG Electronics and its subsidiaries in France and Germany. Arçelik alleged that LG used its washing-machine “Direct Drive” technology under the name “6 motion” without a licence; this is an allegation, not a reported court determination.
