Global Hotel Alliance and ASmallWorld enter strategic partnership
Global Hotel Alliance and ASmallWorld entered into a strategic partnership agreement. ASmallWorld will support GHA’s loyalty programme, provide social-network access for elite-tier members, and recruit independent hotels into the alliance. The announcement also described reciprocal shareholdings to take effect when the transaction closes in March.
