Bandai sues AtGames over Ms. Pac-Man cabinet
Bandai sued AtGames in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging counterfeiting, unfair competition, false advertising, and unauthorized use of the Ms. Pac-Man property. Bandai also alleged that AtGames sold a cabinet to retailers while falsely claiming it was legitimately licensed. The court was asked to issue an injunction and put the case before a jury; the allegations are not presented as court findings.
