AEA Investors and BCI acquire Rensa Filtration from Audax Private Equity
AEA Investors' Middle Market Private Equity team and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) have acquired Rensa Filtration, a vertically integrated U.S. provider of engineered air filtration solutions headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, from Audax Private Equity. Audax will retain a minority stake alongside Rensa's management, and terms were not disclosed. The new owners plan to support management as Rensa broadens its footprint across North America and Europe, both organically and through acquisitions.
