RISE Education announces merger agreement with NaaS
RISE Education and Dada Auto Inc. (NaaS) announced a definitive merger agreement under which NaaS shareholders would exchange all outstanding NaaS shares for newly issued shares of RISE Education; upon completion, NaaS would become a wholly owned subsidiary of RISE Education. The transaction remained subject to closing conditions and approvals.

NaaS announced that it had successfully raised RMB500 million in Series A financing from Real Fund, CICC Capital, GSR United Capital, and Sino Pacific Capital.
