    AVIC Industry-Finance subsidiary agrees to sell stakes in AVIC Jincheng UAV

    AVIC Industry-Finance announced that its subsidiary AVIC Ke Gong Zhihui signed equity transfer agreements to sell stakes in AVIC Jincheng UAV to AVIC Industry-Finance, Tianjin Airlines, Shanghai Aviation Electronics and Jincheng Nanjing. The agreements covered 19.19%, 2.47%, 5.48% and 2.06% stakes, respectively.
