China Southern Airlines launched a new direct cargo service between Oslo Airport and Shanghai on August 19, 2026, operating two weekly Boeing 777F freighter flights with about 100 tonnes of capacity per departure and an expected 200 tonnes of Norwegian salmon shipped to China weekly.

Avinor begins touchless airport experience rollout
