B&G Foods acquires Farmwise
B&G Foods acquired Farmwise LLC, creator of Veggie Fries, Veggie Tots and Veggie Rings, effective February 19, 2020. B&G Foods said it would further support the Farmwise brand in the natural channel and introduce Farmwise-developed items as offerings for its Green Giant brand.
