Ballistic Ventures files to raise $490 million across two funds
Ballistic Ventures filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise $360 million for its third flagship fund and $130 million for a separate vehicle called Ballistic Ventures Fund B. Neither fund had recorded sales at the time of filing.

Armadin raises $255.5M Series B at over $2.5B valuation
Armadin, the agent-swarm security startup founded by Kevin Mandia, announced on Thursday (2026-10-01) that it raised $255.5 million in a Series B round at a valuation of more than $2.5 billion. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel, with Bain Capital Ventures, Redpoint, 8VC, Ballistic Ventures, Google Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Kleiner Perkins, and Menlo Ventures joining in.
