Terry James sues BGE over Baltimore gas explosion
Terry James filed a lawsuit against Baltimore Gas & Electric and the city, claiming they were responsible for the August gas explosion. BGE said it does not comment on the merits of pending litigation and stated its equipment was safe and did not cause the explosion.

Exelon named Calvin Butler Jr., CEO of Baltimore Gas & Electric, interim CEO of Exelon Utilities after Anne Pramaggiore retired from the position. Butler will continue as BGE's CEO.
