    Barnes Aerospace completes acquisition of Jet AirWerks

    Barnes Aerospace, a private equity-owned engineered parts specialist, said it completed its acquisition of Jet AirWerks, a Kansas-based FAA Part 145 repair station specializing in CFM56, CF6 and CF34 engine component maintenance, repair and overhaul. Financial terms were not disclosed. Barnes said the deal expands its component repair and overhaul business and aftermarket services for commercial aviation customers.
