    Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust and MGM Resorts International announced the closing of their previously announced joint venture transaction to acquire Bellagio’s real estate assets for $4.25 billion in a sale-leaseback. MGM Resorts leased the property from the joint venture and continues to manage and operate it.
