    Bellman Group signs agreement to acquire Vägsäk AB

    On October 14, Bellman Group signed an agreement to acquire Vägsäk AB, a company based in Gammelstad near Luleå that operates throughout Sweden and specializes in road and bridge guardrails, fencing, earthworks and civil engineering, and outdoor property maintenance. The acquisition adds a new vertical to Bellman Group's operations, and upon completion Vägsäk will become part of Bellman Group's North business region.
