    500.com announces acquisition of BTC.com businesses

    500.com announced a share exchange agreement under which it agreed to issue shares to Blockchain Alliance in exchange for the entire outstanding share capital of Blockchain Alliance Technologies Limited. The first closing is conditional, including on the transfer to 500.com of BitDeer's BTC.com mining pool business, domain name and cryptocurrency wallet; it was expected on or before April 15, 2021.
