The company said the appointment supports its next stage of growth as it expands its use of AI across its consumer marketplaces and professional tools.

Boats Group announced that it had acquired three boating marketplace portals from Friday Media Group: BotentekoopEngland, BoatsandOutboards.co.uk, and Boatshop24.co.ukGermany. The release says the acquisition adds the portals to Boats Group's international sales-platform portfolio.
