SpiceJet faces UK lawsuit over alleged unpaid aircraft lease dues
BOC Aviation and Wilmington Trust Services reportedly filed a complaint against SpiceJet with the Property Courts at the High Court in London. The complainants alleged that SpiceJet defaulted on rent and other charges under aircraft lease agreements; Moneycontrol said it could not independently verify the report.

BOC Aviation sues AirAsia X over aircraft lease claims
BOC Aviation filed a London court claim against AirAsia X and its indirect subsidiary AAX Leasing Two for nearly $23 million related to four aircraft leases. AirAsia X said the claim alleged breaches of lease obligations by AAX Leasing Two and breaches of guarantees by AirAsia X; the allegations are not presented as a court determination.
