Brinks Home confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed part of its IT environment. The company said its investigation was ongoing and had not confirmed what information was accessed or who may have been affected. ShinyHunters claimed it stole millions of records, but those claims had not been independently verified.

Brink’s announces CEO appointment and board changes
Brink’s announced that Mark Eubanks would become president and CEO effective May 6, 2022. Current CEO Doug Pertz would transition to executive chairman, Mike Herling would become independent lead director, and Eubanks was nominated for election to the board.
