BTL settlement over EMSCULPT trademark use
BTL Industries reached a settlement with Pinky Promise Beauty after alleging unauthorized use of the EMSCULPT trademark to advertise treatments using a counterfeit device. Under a court-entered consent judgment, Pinky Promise agreed to stop using BTL trademarks and copyrighted images in its marketing, pay damages, and forfeit the device.
