Bupa care provider fined after care-home incidents
Leeds Magistrates Court fined Bupa Care Homes (CFHCare) Limited £100,000 after it pleaded guilty to two offences of failing to provide safe care and treatment resulting in avoidable harm. The incidents involved two women who were seriously injured at West Ridings Care Home, which Bupa operated at the time.
