High Tide completes acquisition of established cannabis store in Chestermere, Alberta
High Tide Inc. announced that it completed the arm's length acquisition of an established retail cannabis store at 100 Rainbow Road in Chestermere, Alberta for $670,000 in cash, representing 2.1x the store's annualized Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $316,000 for the three months ended August 31, 2026. The store will be rebranded under the Canna Cabana banner, bringing High Tide's total store count to 234 locations across Canada and 93 in Alberta.
