    FICG subsidiary PRO3C (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. signed a memorandum of agreement with Cape EMS Berhad on 16 October 2026. Cape EMS will support PRO3C's Johor operations with facilities, material kitting, warehousing, manufacturing support and integrated support services. The parties also signed a conditional subscription agreement for redeemable convertible preference shares.
