    Humanly acquires recruitment marketing company CareerArc

    Humanly, a Bellevue, Washington-based AI hiring tools company, has acquired Burbank, California-based recruitment marketing company CareerArc. No price was disclosed. Nine of CareerArc's 13 staff are joining Humanly. This is Humanly's fifth acquisition since 2025, following Sprockets, Qualifi and HourWork in 2025 and Anthill earlier in the year. The deal pairs Humanly's automated chat, screening and interview tools with CareerArc's social recruiting software and interactive career-site maps.
