Amicus announces gene therapy unit spin-off deal
Amicus Therapeutics announced a $600 million deal in which ARYA Sciences Acquisition Corp IV would buy out Amicus' gene therapy business. The report says Caritas would receive around $400 million in funding and Amicus would add about $200 million in private funding.
